Generally your first sexual experience sucks. After that, it does tend to get better as you gain more experience and expertise. As for an orgasm right away, I never have had one right away, it takes 20 minutes to 2 hours for me to get to an orgasm.

Typically, it gets better. And its very possible that you can have sex without orgasming. A lot men orgasm almost instantly on their first time, but a lot of women don't orgasm at all.
