Cut back on the Monosodium Glutamate. You don't want your baby as dumb as you are. Good lord, didn't you learn to spell in school?

For one thing, what on earth is "chinese salt?" I'm Chinese and to my knowledge, there's no such thing as chinese salt. We make fried rice at home all the time and the only salt that's added to it is in the form of soy sauce and/or chinese oyster sauce. Maybe you're talking about MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)? If so, it's a myth that MSG is bad for your health. There was a study that was conducted where they had people eat at a chinese restaurant. All of the food was cooked without MSG and every guest was served the same food. Half of the guests were lied to and told that the food contained MSG even though it didn't have any. In the end, the guests that were told that the food had MSG, they reported that they felt all the symptoms that are commonly associated with MSG. In other words, it's all in the head.

Not all chinese food is made with MSG. We never use MSG in my house.

Anyway, to answer your question, yes you can eat chicken fried rice while pregnant.

Don't get so scared with everything. The person who said just pulling your legs. But there is a myth that Testing Salt used in Chinese food is bad for health. No that's wrong. The one and only advantage of Testing salt is to increase the taste by stimulating our taste buds and the other are all its disadvantages. A possibility of increasing and decreasing of the blood pressure is another problem that was caused due to the over use of mono sodium glutamate. But if you don't have any BP problem then it's not a problem at all.

chinese salt is MSG Monosodium Glutamate (on packets at E621), also called Flavour Enhancer.

a little is OK but some restaurants use a lot, also pre-prepared food. It is best to make your own then you know what is in it, AND it will taste better

Yes you can.

There are some foods/drinks you shouldn't eat while pregnant though.

-Alcohol of course.

-Raw or under cooked meat and seafood.

-Fish high in Mercury ; Shark,Swordfish,Blow fish,Tile fish and King Mackerel.

-Unpasteurized products such as imported soft cheeses and fruit juices. The label will tell you if it is pasteurized or not.

-Herbal teas.

-Energy drinks. SOME caffeine is ok,but no more than 200 milligram's in a day. And that caffeine cannot come from energy drinks. It can however come from things like tea(non herbal) and chocolate.

It is not just chicken fried rice but all chinese dishes because they contain Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) or what is popularly known as Aji-no-moto. It may be considered as harmful for the child.

I only had teriyaki chicken once in my pregnancy and will not have it. It was too hard on my stomach but generally as long as the chicken is cooked then theres no reason as to why you cant eat it
