many say that asean food r spicy but i love them what cuisins do u love ..care to share ur thoughts ?

if someone is looking for vegetarian dishes ie no meat or eggs no sea food .. just vegetable dishes and really tasty try indian vegetarian dishes. you will get so many varieties that i doubt anywhere else are is available. if you like fried and spicy food its good but even if you are looking for low cal or low spices food there are many recepies fot that too. i usually go for low cal and low spices. and i love it. though many restorants do not have low spice dishes you can try paalak paneer and naan.

I recommend you try Persian food atleast once. Its much healthier than the McDonalds. There are a lot of Persian food restaurants in U.S. so you'll probably find one.

i prefer Thai food over Chinese food and anything with flat rice noodles, chow fun, i think it is called, is just the best. But the best food i think is Turkish food full of flavors and spices.

malaysian flaky flat bread cooked on an iron skillet w/yogurt curries - "roti canai"

vietnamese "pho" noodle soup w/slices of beef briskets, tendons & beef balls in a nice beef broth, topped it off w/fresh basil leafs & slices of jalapenos & fresh bean sprouts.

korean "galbis"-bbq "bulgogis"-grill meats w/stone pot rice & stone pot seafood tofu soup.

szechuan spicy lambs w/hot peppered spicy crunchy pig ears cold dish w/sour mustard fish fillet soup.

thai "rad na" - rice noodles stir fry w/beef slices & gravy w/chinese broccoli.

& so so so much moreeeee..am drooling now & could write a book on it prolly..hehe !!

None of it, asian food makes me nauseous... no offence... but I do like sweet & sour chicken, but thats the only asian food that my stomach can handle...
