I'M SOUTH KOREAN, SO MY FAMILY (WE LIVE IN TEXAS) EATS RICE MOST OF THE TIME AS OUR MAIN COURSE (WITH SIDES, OF COURSE). BUT MY DAD RECENTLY BROUGHT HOME A SACK OF SUPER-STICKY WHITE RICE (CCHAPP SSAL) FOR DISH... NOW ALMOST EVERY TIME HE SERVES IT, I FINISH 2-3 BOWLS... HELP!

Cauliflower Rice!



I eat it alot and spaghetti squash for "noodles"



Ingredients

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil or salted butter

1/2 head Cauliflower

1/2 cup Yellow Onion, chopped

1/2 tsp Salt, to taste (and black pepper

Process

Rinse cauliflower under cool water and pat dry.

Using a cheese grater, grate the cauliflower to a coarse texture (approximately the size of rice grains). Using a food processor to pulse the cauliflower to desired texture works as well.

Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté the onion and garlic for 3–4 minutes, or until the onion is relatively translucent.

Add in the cauliflower rice and continue to sauté for 4–5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, and serve.



There are a ton of different recipes so if you don't have some of those items just look up another.

You need to eat lots of fibers in between to avoid constipation. Those super sticky rice is very lethal to cause a back-up in your intestines.The small side dishes, banchan of pickles, potatoes salad, some steamed spinach, robo roots even kimchi are not effective to prevent constipation but as appetizer from its sweet, sour and salty taste for you to eat more rice. Unlike chinese food which serve with tons of veggies stir fries etc. I suggest you to include more fibrous fruits and vegetables in between like fresh pineapples, mangoes, more veggies and lots of liquid to dislodge those back up.

I always like authentic (not USA type) basmati rice. It makes great sticky rice and please you are hurting my ears. CAPS are annoying..
