Good question......such a shame that the other spam is the first thing that comes to anyone's mind anymore...even when answering a question in the category of Food & Wine & the sub-category of Ethnic cusine. Personally, I LOVE spamburger hamburgers...with cheese & mayo.

I enjoy using spam in some of my meals.



For the first time, while in the Philippines, I saw a "Spam Jam" restaurant. Yes! Everything they do contains spam, and it is fresh, and a better quality, right from the processing plant.



Filipinos rank about 2nd or 3rd for annual consumption of Spam. I forget who the winner is.
