Yes, thai restaurants do include MSG in their nourishment unless they determined NO MSG and they substitute it with sugar. Vietnamese meat noodles Pho has MSG included thus are Japanese "miso" soup. You will realize that your nourishment has MSG included, is the point at which you get to be exceptionally parched (the normal side effects even the individuals who have had MSG all their lives) and more manifestations like being anxious, migraines, queasiness and so on

Yes, thai restaurants do add MSG in their food unless they specified NO MSG and they substitute it with sugar instead. Vietnamese beef noodles Pho has MSG added and so are Japanese "miso" soup. You will know that your food has MSG added, is when you become very thirsty (the common symptoms even those who have had MSG all their lives) and more symptoms like being jittery, headaches, nausea etc

MSG is naturally ocurring in lots of foods.

In addition it's an ingredient in a lot of spices and flavorings. It's unlikely their food (or anyone's, for that matter) is completely free of MSG. Whether or not they are adding any beyond what may naturally be present, all you can do is ask the individual restaurant. They may not even know, however, unless they check the ingredient labels of all the spices they use.

Most do not use MSG, but some of them may.
Ask the chef.
