I don't trust new roasters :P

Wash it good with hot water and detergent, then pat it dry and put it in the oven to sanitize it... Or, turn it on and let it work on it's on for a few minutes, to burn off any possible smell it has...

Why don't you wipe the inside of the roaster with olive oil, warm it up in the oven, take it out then wipe off the excess oil before using to bake the turkey??!!!

making chocolate is an prolonged in touch technique and demands hundreds of greenbacks in kit as a results of fact it takes fabulous kit to do it. you in addition to mght would desire to get the cocoa beans, and not many places sell them. you are the 5th person I even have encountered to ask approximately this - why do you think of it would be straight forward? this is not like making pie dough - it incredibly is an prolonged in touch high priced project.
