My parents own a sushi bar and i think the 2 weirdest (and grossest)sushi out there would have to be Uni (sea urchin) and amai ebi (sweet shrimp). with the sweet shrimp they usually serve the head of the shrimp with eyes and antannae and all deep fried.....yuck!

- Raw octopus seasoned with seaweed flakes and soy sauce.

- Boiled peas in the pod seasoned with sea salt.

- Raw prawn sushi with a dash of wasabi soy sauce.

There's the poisonous blowfish but I'd never go that far and risk my life for a dead fish that probably doesn't taste as good as the risk it takes to have it . :P
