Most groceries will have couscous. Even my closest small supermarket carries several types of couscous including Israeli couscous which has a larger grain than regular couscous.

There is a company named NEAR EAST that makes boxes of couscous. It comes in white boxes and there are a variety of flavors. The box is about the same size as Rice-a-Roni and should be found in the same area as packaged rice dishes. It is very easy to make: simply mix water, butter(or olive oil) and the enclosed seasoning packet. Bring to boil, stir in couscous, cover, remove from heat. After 5 minutes, fluff with a fork, and you're ready to chow down.

I have found this brand in Kroger stores and recently I bought some at a Food Lion while on vacation in Williamsburg Virginia.

Which kind are you looking for, Moroccan couscous is really small bits of pasta and cooks quickly, The Israeli type is bigger round pieces and more like pasta. Most stores carry Moroccan style and good ethnic stores will have both.

Most should have it in the baking aisle or near the rice.

Always ask if you can't find something, the staff are there to help you as well as stacking the shelves
