drink a lot of water, get plenty of rest, and exercise. walk, take the stairs instead of the elevator, dance around your livingroom. eat healthier foods, less fried, leaner meat, more fish, have a salad every day, add chicken, tuna, or lean beef for more flavor. find things that taste great and satisfy with less, experiment!! smaller portions, 3 to 5 times a day. good luck!

To be fit and healthy is fairly easy for most people to achieve; just keep moving. Even when sitting you can exercise your arms and legs and neck etc. Walk or cycle instead using motor vehicles and eat sensibly. If you are planning something more strenuous then get a medical check-up first especially if you haven't visited your doctor in a while just in case you have an undiagnosed condition.

There's no easy way, no quick fix. It takes physical activity to be fit. You start at your level with strength exercises and aerobic routines, and slowly build up. And if you're smart, you eat healthy foods. None of this is easy at first, it is a journey of learning...but the journey is fun, and the reward is a healthy, fit body.

work out about 5 times a week, not a long work out just what you can do, eat lots of fruits and veggies, not a lot of red meats and drink about 8 glasses of water daily. Try not to eat anything with alot of calories and fats in them and absolutely NO soda,diet coke included, carbonated drinks are bad for you!!
