Wondering if it is possible to make something half decent from cat?

No, I haven't had cat meat before, but I hear it is kinda chalky from a friend, and that it doesn't taste like chicken. Here are some other good meats to try, and I have eaten these before: snake, rabbit, deer/venison, buffalo, camel, shark, or ostrich. Like all meats, I think it's how you prepare them...if you know how you like your meats prepared, try making cat the same way.

During the Spanish Civil War, many people ate cat (there wasn't much else around), and I am told that it is like rabbit or hare, which gave rise to the Spanish idiom: dar gato por liebre.

Nope, never tried it. Not even sure if it is legal to skin and fry up a cat. Probably not, so I'd hold off on that one. However, I have heard there is a place in China town that sells it, but it may just be a racist rumour.

Accidentally. It wasn't that good. It tasted like beef, but kinda chalky. Definitely not fluffy and delicious like bunnies. Looking for something different? Try Ostrich or Buffalo. Delicious AND good for you. I hope Peta doesn't revoke my membership.

I dont eat cat meats ... Mauybe u should try it since u brought it up?? means lion meats, cheetah meats, Jaguar meats and more.. have u try it? I know i didnt becz i was only born to Chicken, fish and COW meats only ..
